Always great food, never disappoints

I've ordered both delivery and take out but today the deep fried prawns' batter was raw and uncooked thoroughly inside next to the prawn. Otherwise I usually enjoy the food.

We have ordered from here a few times and it has always been great however today’s food was just ok. It was “warm” at best even though it was delivered within 20 mins of ordering online. The chicken was dry and tough. Otherwise the food was tasty and the vegetables were crispy.
We just warmed it up in the microwave.
